[!todo] Create visual of workflow, similar to GTD, with sections for Capture, Process, Save

  • Dynalist is best for Capture, as it is available (free) on all devices, works offline, and synchronizes
    • Ideas are fundamentally either Tasks, Resources, or Notes, either for Business or Personal
    • have Inbox sections for Tasks, Resources, and Notes to easily copy directly into KB (keeping all markdown formatting)
    • Tasks (requiring action) are either for Ta (me, short for Talbot) or others
    • Color scheme for headings
      • URGENT, PRIORITY - red
      • ACT on - green, go
      • INFO, A - blue
      • INFO, B - yellow
  • Obsidian Web Clipper can capture web content (text, videos, etc.) worth storing directly into KB


  • Knowledge base should ONLY store information that
    • is internal and unique to my Business or Personal life
    • is a resource, that (probably) has reference value in future, AND cannot externally be searched or generated by AI
    • prefer a solution that is effective, works well with AI tools, flexible, future proof, without vendor lock-in (local): Obsidian for now
