• Testing Stack (WSL): Implement testing in monorepo from 04_AI-upgrade/04_Testing_Implementation_Plan.md. Run in WSL CC session.
• SMTM Skills: Build smtm-complete and smtm-init CC slash commands to automate task lifecycle.
