  • not always working (or very slow?)
  • not starting when reboot properly
    • Startup Folder.
    1. Press Win + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box. Type shell:startup and hit Enter. This opens the folder where Windows looks for apps to launch at login. Copy and Paste your LilySpeech shortcut into this folder: Path: C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\LilySpeech\LilySpeech.lnk
  • fix LilySpeech issue with ‘and’

Fix SLOW computer UI

  • 2026FE07: after cleanup and rebooting, TextPad opened log file in ~4s, like before

  • my Windows 10 desktop has become noticeably slower in the last few weeks

    • TextPad (newer version) now takes ~30s to open a small text file (in Windows); was < 3 s before

  • Background

    • I am a power user, with TSR apps AutoHotKey, LilySpeech, and Lightshot always running
    • sometimes, in some apps, the - hyphen key on the keyboard (not keypad) does not insert the char; this is also new in the last few weeks
    • my use of WSL has ramped up in the last few weeks
    • I’ve also added Kopia recently
    • a few months ago, I increased system memory from 16 to 32GB, and the system ran fine for weeks after
    • my C: SSD drive, was low on space (~6 of 240GB), before I purged it back to ~35GB
    • my D: drive, which holds all data and backups, temporarily went to 0GB free!
    • This Task Manger screenshot c:\tmp\Screenshot_17.png shows many of the apps that are running

  • AHK

    • In Cursor IDE

      • SDC hotkeys not working

    • In Ecco

      • Create an AHK version 2.0 hotkey (Ctrl+Shift+F) script that converts all Markdown formatting (bold ’**’, italic ’__’) in the clipboard content

      • does not work yet for multi-line input

      • test case …

        • Test: convert Markdown (bold, italic) formatting in Ecco
          • Subpoint with bolding content and italics.
          • Hope this works!

      • add to ; Convert Dynalist Export content to Ecco format hotkey

      • then use to xfer Business, Marketing file to Ecco

    • bugs in Gmail SD* hotrstrings … fix when deal with them

      • sdb -> The ​**$MART DEBT** Coach book
