While I am still evolving my AI systems, I want to get in the top 1% in terms of web dev productivity using autonomous AI systems. I want to act as the human architect using AI tools effectively and efficiently to produce well-defined results.

Additional question
- I am aware that many current AI tools (February 2026) allow vibe coding of professional websites in minutes, and come close to desired results with good clear specs and context. In my effort to balance progress with minimizing technical debt, and maximizing results in the medium and long-term, should I explore building a www.SmartDebtCoach.com phase 1 with Vibe coding and the context that I already have, or continue to pursue the monorepo path of defining robust and tested components and pages and functionality in the Template site, and then use that to build www.SmartDebtCoach.com and www.TalbotStevens.com?
