  • CLAUDE/AGENTS.md SSoT architecture — clarify the relationship and authority chain between global CLAUDE.md, project CLAUDE.md, and AGENTS.md for non-Claude tools. Design a promotion workflow that keeps all three consistent without duplication. Flag for a dedicated planning session.

  • Agent Teams (experimental) — Claude Code released Agent Teams on 2026-03-22. Explore whether this changes the subagent dispatch model for SMTM project work (task briefs, parallel delegation). Worth a research session once it stabilizes.

  • SMTM v4 end-to-end validation — run /project-start test-smtm-v4 on a real project to verify the full skill chain (project-start → project-continue → project-task-complete) works as designed with the new artifacts.

  • DASHBOARD.md with Obsidian Bases — create a working DASHBOARD.md template once Obsidian Bases syntax is confirmed stable. Current template in SMTM_System.md uses Dataview as fallback.
