MBR Content Consolidation — origin-story-safe

Background

Spun off from KB-OS-next-upgrades (2026-07-09, Fable 5 round). Talbot: “I would really feel good about having this foundational part of my business system completely cleaned up and better organized, without losing anything important.” His stated concern: incomplete developments like the mBR origin story are very important and might be best finished by him — Claude’s job is to consolidate everything important and archive (not delete) anything not fully kept, with wikilinks to the archive so it can be referenced later.

Structural cleanup already done in the 2026-07-09 round (09_Logs retired, empty folders removed, Strategy folder note fixed). This task is the content-level consolidation that remains.

Ground rules (from Talbot, 2026-07-09)

1. Nothing important gets lost. When in doubt, keep.
2. Archive, don’t delete — content not consolidated moves to an archive location and gets a wikilink from wherever its content was merged, so provenance is traceable.
3. Origin story is special: consolidate what exists into one SSOT draft, but flag it for Talbot to finish personally — do not synthesize/invent narrative.
