Phase A (Rate Intelligence) is complete and running autonomously. The business development effort is now focused on the pre-launch phase: launching mybetterrates.com, building the Hassle Threshold Engine MVP, and establishing the first strategic partnerships — with the Chilton proposal as the active near-term rock.
