What It Does
Section titled “What It Does”Scrapes Canadian financial product rates (savings, GICs, mortgages, credit cards) into an insert-only SQLite time-series and exports rates.json for the Benefit Snapshot widget and downstream MBR services. Daily pipeline at 06:00 ET + independent health check at 09:00 ET; ops reports → MBR/Logs/Ops/.
