Current State
Section titled “Current State”Structure is stable and the agent layer is live at v1. The department-first unified vault (Core / MBR / SDC / FSS) passed a clean audit 2026-06-20. Since then: SMTM v5.2→v5.4 shipped (dept routing, ongoing-project construct, smart Templater wizard), the Ongoing-Projects portal + task-location conventions landed (2026-07-07), Director staff files exist for AI/Processes/IT (2026-07-06), and /task-start//task-continue now auto-load the dept charter chain (JOB_DESCRIPTION → Staff file → project STATUS) from the task’s path (2026-07-09).
