/audit-kb-os—[web-deploy-issues](/core/_workingon/tasks/web-deploy-issues/)was listed inTasks/_active.mdas an open task (“all three issues fixed; awaiting Talbot’s deploy + device verification”) but no task file existed at that path. - git history found one prior file at this exact path, closed and deleted 2026-06-26 (commit
5547d9e, “close web-deploy-issues — pipeline fixes + log”) with a completion log atCore/IT/Logs/2026-06-26_web-deploy-pipeline-fixes.md. That log covers 6 fixes (UAC prompt, stale PWA, broken wikilinks, MBR homepage 404, Core site silent CF failure, Bases blocks not rendering) — a different shape than “three issues… device verification.” - Two possibilities, can’t tell which from the vault alone: (a) the
_active.mdline is a month-old leftover that should have been removed when the June 26 task closed, and there’s no real open work here; or (b) this describes a genuinely separate, more recent round of web-deploy fixes (maybe the specific “three issues” are a subset, or a newer PWA/device-testing round) that was tracked only in_active.mdprose and never got its own file.
- Talbot: is this the same June 26 work (line is stale — safe to close/remove) or a distinct newer thread (needs real content)?
Claude Response — 2026-07-27
Section titled “Claude Response — 2026-07-27”Recreated as a stub to fix a RED finding from /audit-kb-os. Did not guess which of the two scenarios above is true — the June 26 closure log doesn’t cleanly match the “three issues / device verification” wording in _active.md, so conflating them risks losing or misrepresenting real status either way.
Summary:
- File created so
[web-deploy-issues](/core/_workingon/tasks/web-deploy-issues/)resolves - Real status — ambiguous, needs Talbot’s call
Next Steps for Talbot:
- Say which it is: stale leftover (I’ll close/remove this file + the
_active.mdline) or real newer work (tell me what the three issues were) *
