Single-day phase: spec → approval → build → deploy → end-to-end acceptance test. Task: Tasks/archive/2026-07/Ideas-Workflow-triage-v0.md (full dialogue).

Decided

Section titled “Decided”
  • Scope v0-lite: Clippings only (Core/Misc/Clippings/) — dept Inboxes deferred to v1. Rationale: P3’s 93-clip backlog is the immediate consumer; Inbox bullets were already human-routed at capture. Skill arg-shaped for full M4 scope (/triage-inbox [clippings|<dept>|all]) so v1 extends without rename.
  • Per-clip output: TLDR (1–2 sentences) · rating 0–10 (rubric anchored to Capture-Routing save criteria) · route KEEP / INBOX → <dept> / TASK → <dept> / DISCARD · one-line why · ⭐ ROCK flag vs Biggest Rocks. Prompt kept portable for free/local-model P3 runs.
  • Human-gated batch flow: scan un-triaged (no triaged: frontmatter) → ranked table → Talbot batch-approves with per-row overrides → execute → frontmatter write-back (triaged/rating/routed-to) makes runs resumable. DISCARD = move-aside to Clippings/archive/, never delete.
  • Deferred: key-phrase bolding, auto-promote to TaskNote (Stage 2 stays human), dept inference in /task-start.

  • Acceptance test green (Coconote clip): triage table → approval → routed INBOX → MBR/Mktg (dept hint AI overridden — value = zero-ad growth playbook), rated 6, frontmatter written back, scan count 93→92 (resumability proven)

Gotchas / warnings

Section titled “Gotchas / warnings”
  • Dedupe gap (v0.1 candidate): execute step nearly duplicated an existing Coconote bullet in MBR/Mktg/Inbox.md (routed earlier from origin task). Session merged instead of appending. Skill Step 5 should check target Inbox for the clip’s source URL before appending → logged in UPGRADES.
