AI agent team, org-chart view. KB-OS manages FSS (the corporate umbrella; “FSS” dropped from the title since it’s implicit) across whichever business is in focus — SDC currently.

One agent = one Staff file, cross-business — no per-business duplicate agents.
Companion to Agent-Team (the management roster table); this file is the tree/hierarchy view.

Tools

orgchart (registered Core/IT/Utils/Custom/orgchart.md) — generates the ## Tree below from every Staff file’s name:/reports_to: frontmatter (vault-wide: Core, SDC, MBR, FSS). Run: cd D:\FSS\Software\Utils\PythonUtils\orgchart && uv run orgchart. Edit Staff-file frontmatter, not this tree by hand.
/dept-init — charters a new dept (Tasks/, Inbox.md, etc.) before a Staff file can exist for it. See Agent-Team.md’s “Expanding the team.”
