Current state

32 strategies in SDC/IP/Strategies/, across 10 group/ folders. Schema v0.5. strategy-lint lint clean.
Viewer (library-view.html) working: Risk ladder (default) + Worth It (4×4 effort × benefit matrix), audience filter row, brand entity + Inter font. Worth It positions are still placeholders — bannered in the page — until effort/benefit are set.
Generated files are read-only (chmod 444, which also sets the Windows read-only attribute, so Obsidian cannot save over them).
Market Drop Wins (MDW) fold-in: session 1 of 3 done — the 7 debt strategies added and 5 overlaps reconciled. Not-debt, Harmful / Not Worth It, and practice-tier sets remain → sdc-ip-mdw-strategy-foldin.
⚠ Open compliance gap: the Risks filter risk-level >= 2 misses two level-1 borrowing strategies (rrsp-gross-up-loan, non-callable-first). Both are routed to Risks by hand until a second criterion is settled. See SCHEMA §2.3.

Tracked here but owned by other depts. They stay in their own dept, and this project only links to them:

sdc-risks-canada-leverage-compliance (SDC/Risks, active): the Risk-Challenger review of the risk axis, the §2.4 rewording, and the level-1 filter gap.
sdc-behavioural-solutions-debt (SDC/Strategy, ready, blocked on sdc-dept-scaffold-mbr-absorb): settles SCHEMA §2.4’s intervention ceilings.
sdc-strategy-library-v01 (SDC/Strategy, active): superseded by the move to SDC/IP. Three Strategy-side items remain, then it closes.

2026-09-23: Origin task SMART-DEBT-Strategies-Library closed (9 rounds). Talbot-Later.md was folded into ROADMAP (Waiting on Talbot), ROADMAP’s ## Now is piloted, and the first lesson was recorded. The SMTM continuation design was spun out to KB-OS-ongoing-project-continuation.
2026-09-23: Task upgraded to this ongoing project. Library renamed to the plural $MART DEBT Strategies Library everywhere it is a living name. The generator was changed and the outputs regenerated. 2026-09-22: MDW fold-in session 1, which brought the library from 25 to 32 strategies and the schema to v0.5 (d96f0fb, d0f0787). Viewer finalised: brand font, axis labels, Labels toggle, and the CEO’s §2.4 wording (8768286).
2026-09-21: SDC/IP dept created and the library moved from SDC/Strategy/Library. Schema went from v0.2 to v0.4 (signed risk-level, simplification), the library became an OKF bundle, group subfolders were added, and the viewer’s first version shipped (d62df8e → df8f55f).
