Accounting-Automation — Relocated Out of Monorepo

Section titled “Accounting-Automation — Relocated Out of Monorepo”
  • Found monorepo/sites/accounting-automation/ — Intuit QBO OAuth compliance pages (EULA, Privacy, connect/connected/disconnect) — living in sites/*, a tree scoped to Astro business sites. Not Astro, not part of any pnpm package, unrelated to the monorepo’s purpose.
  • Relocated to its own repo: ~/projects/accounting-automation/, git history preserved via git subtree split -P sites/accounting-automation.
  • .env.local (holds the live Cloudflare API token) copied to the new location, confirmed it was never git-tracked in the monorepo (gitignored on disk both before and after) — no secret exposure in history, no scrub needed. Added .gitignore + .env.example to the new repo.
  • Removed sites/accounting-automation/ from monorepo, committed.
  • Registered: Core/IT/Utils/Custom/Accounting-Automation Compliance Pages.md.
  • Deploy target unchanged — still https://accounting-automation.pages.dev/ via wrangler pages deploy from the new repo’s deploy.sh.
  • Cloudflare API token (d2BKvle22JoY-...) is plaintext on disk in .env.local — Talbot deferred rotation until an accounting task actually needs it.
  • ~/ai-config/AGENTS.md §Utility script placement — extended to cover whole standalone project folders, not just single scripts: a monorepo’s per-site tree is scoped to one project type, and an unrelated static site/tool doesn’t belong there just because it’s small and harmless.
