Gotchas / process notes

• Dedupe caught manually once (Coconote clip in P2’s acceptance test) — confirmed the v0.1 dedupe-by-source-URL upgrade candidate (already logged in UPGRADES.md) is worth building before P3 ever runs again at scale.
• One failed/empty clip — a credit-card newsletter clip captured only the Gmail inbox UI chrome, not the article content. Flagged to Talbot; worth checking whether the Web Clipper mis-fires when clipping from an email client.
• One stale-secret sighting — an unrelated older clip’s source: URL had a long-expired Google OAuth id_token embedded (harmless, from a botched clip during a login redirect). Flagged, no action needed (token dead).
• Missing-created: clips (older template, no frontmatter date) sorted stably to the front by the “treat as oldest” fallback — worked as designed, no manual intervention needed.
• Full batch tables + reasoning for every one of the 93 clips are in this session’s chat transcript (not duplicated in the KB — the routed Inbox bullets are the durable output).
