• A publication pipeline from SDC/IP/Strategies/ to the SDC website, with per-jurisdiction and per-language variants. (Migrated from SDC/IP/JOB_DESCRIPTION.md → UPGRADES, 2026-09-23.)
• A trademark / attribution register for coined names. Most strategy names in this library are Talbot’s coinages, and the register would record who named each one. (Migrated from the charter, 2026-09-23.)
