Vault-wide Biggest Rocks Table

Added a cross-business “biggest rocks” view to the vault home (Core/DASHBOARD.md), implementing the CONSTITUTION’s existing operating principle #3 — “Focus: BIG Rocks ONLY. BIGGEST First.”

Decisions made

• Scope: MBR keeps Filter+Focus.md unchanged — it’s deep product strategy (~90 items, MBR-specific criteria). The vault-wide table is a separate, much shorter roll-up: the single biggest current bet per business/front, not a merge of MBR’s full list.
• Mechanism: curated markdown table, not a Bases query — sidesteps the known nested and/or Bases bug entirely and has no silent-render risk.
• Location: top of Core/DASHBOARD.md, above the activity-based “Current Focus” query (a distinct, already-shipped mechanism — recency-based, not curated).
• Refresh: manual edit when priorities shift. Generalizing /filter-focus-refresh to vault scope was considered and deferred (logged in UPGRADES.md) — with ~5 rows sourced from already-curated business lists, a skill adds machinery before there’s volume to justify it.

What shipped

5-rock table on Core/DASHBOARD.md: Chilton proposal, Rate Intelligence Engine, business plan/pitch deck, MBR design system round, and (at the time) ai-config Phase 1 — each row linking to its SSOT. Talbot sanity-checked the ranking and confirmed (“works”).

Verification

• Wikilink targets checked for vault-wide uniqueness (no first-occurrence-wins collisions).
• Talbot live-verified render and ranking in Obsidian before closing.
