Kept for provenance, not reference. HST-Process.md was written for QuickBooks Desktop 2017 and carried status: stale-reference / “do not extend — replace”. Its durable content was migrated and grep-verified before the move:

  • Workflow sequence -> HST-Workflow.md (QBO era, pointing at the /hst-assistance artifact sections)
  • HST rates table + tax-treatment notes -> HST-Workflow.md
  • Foreign-vendor section (Anthropic/Cursor registration numbers and the FY26 ITC correction) -> HST-Workflow.md — this had no other home
  • Per-vendor receipt-retrieval notes -> Config/vendors/vendors.yaml as receipt_source:, surfaced in the generated Notes/Vendors.md

Dropped deliberately: QuickBooks Desktop click-paths (Ctrl-T memorized transactions, Banking->Reconcile menus, Moneris steps). Talbot adds QBO “how” as he works a real cycle.
