What It Does

Talbot’s self-hosted Twenty CRM — replaces the legacy desktop Maximizer CRM, flagged in Tech Stack as an unsupported, dated business risk.

  • twenty/ — the live CRM, self-hosted via Docker Compose, reachable at http://localhost:3000.
  • max2twenty/ — the Maximizer→Twenty migration ETL. Completed 2026-07-16: 18,774 contacts, 45 companies, ~35,000 historical notes migrated from the live Maximizer SQL Server database, with the full undertaking (schema reverse-engineering, field mapping, phone/email data-quality recovery) documented in Core/IT/Tasks/Maximizer-Twenty-CRM-Migration.md.
  • Open-Twenty.ps1 + Desktop shortcut — one-click launch (boots WSL/Docker if needed).
