Return to Office — Action Plan & Artifact Index

Section titled “Return to Office — Action Plan & Artifact Index”

Everything needed to resume · September 2026

Phase 1 complete. 62 strategy candidates discovered, categorized, and documented with reasoning — including the rejections.

Phase 2 complete. Filtered to a working library. Methodology built and tested: the zero-opportunity-cost filter, behavioural primacy, the five-number card, split confidence, the risk ladder, the Worth It filter, decline typing.

The offering is defined. Market Drop Opportunity Discovery — a 45-minute advisor-delivered client process, supported by the Opportunity Quantifier. Three objectives: deeper client understanding, retention, earned referrals. Pilot kit is complete and runnable.

Nothing has been tested with a real advisor or client. That is the next step and it gates everything after it.

Immediate — can be done before the office

Section titled “Immediate — can be done before the office”

☐ Read the harmful list draft and put it in your voice. It is the free lead magnet and the piece every client sees. Verify the flagged figures.

☐ Send the recruitment note to three advisors. Not more. Choose people who will be blunt.

☐ Decide two open questions: – Does monitor enrolment sit with the advisor or centrally? Advisor-branded protects their relationship; centrally held gives you the list and the ongoing relationship. Significant business-model choice. – Pricing model: one-time licence, subscription, or bundled with the monitor?

☐ Run the Discovery on yourself. You have the numbers. Validates the arithmetic and the flow before anyone else sees it.

☐ Build Monitor Market. Specification in master log §5.3. Daily close, −20% and −30%, prior all-time closing high, re-arms on new high, persists state, logs every reading. Existing notification utility. Build so a second rule type can be added without rework.

☐ Production-format the pilot kit. Reference card as two pages. Inventory, plan and checklist as printable one-pagers. Advisor-brandable.

☐ Add the three-box segment filter to the Inventory.

☐ Three pilot Discoveries. Each advisor, one real client they want to keep. Mid-tier, not A clients.

☐ Collect the feedback forms. The single question that matters: was any part of this too much?

☐ Cut what the feedback says to cut. Something will need cutting.

☐ Build the Briefing — it should encode what worked, not what was predicted ☐ Build the outreach email template and trigger campaign (highest ROI in the framework at ~$6,667/hour, but useless until the monitor runs and clients have plans) ☐ Build the segment overlays the tick boxes show are needed ☐ Build the advisor ROI calculator as a sales tool (near-trivial; five inputs) ☐ Draft the paid Guide from guide-skeleton-v1.md ☐ TSX total-return decline data and the trigger probability parameter ☐ Then, and only then, consider unparking Buy More Low

5. Parked — do not resume without displacing the current Big Rock

Section titled “5. Parked — do not resume without displacing the current Big Rock”

Buy More Low (full implementation) · SD-13 insurable mortgage tier · the Mortgage Decision Suite and broker channel · LEV-11 corporate equity meltdown · LEAPS and options routes · post-drop convexity (tested and rejected) · the employer group-RRSP program (with the group-benefits-advisor reframe).

Full state on each is in master log §6 and the Gross-up document.

⚠ The Gross-up document is not in the vault. Searched vault-wide 2026-09-22; nothing matches. It is the blocking source for rrsp-gross-up-loan, which is now in the Strategy Library on Market Drop Wins’ own description alone.

Unparked 2026-09-22 — the non-debt Can’t Lose supplement

Section titled “Unparked 2026-09-22 — the non-debt Can’t Lose supplement”

No longer frozen. The CEO decided on 2026-09-21 to fold the entire Market Drop Wins library into SDC/IP/Strategies/ with domain: debt as the default view — nothing excluded, nothing duplicated, and the not-debt set one toggle away rather than a second library. That decision unparks this item deliberately, and it is the one change to this section.

Status: decided, scheduled, not yet built. The debt half landed on 2026-09-22 — 7 new records, 5 overlaps reconciled, schema v0.5. The ~30 not-debt strategies and the Harmful / Not Worth It sets are the remaining work, tracked in sdc-ip-mdw-strategy-foldin §4–§6. It is comparable in size to the original 25-strategy build, so it is scheduled as its own session and re-ranked against the Biggest Rocks before it starts — the discipline in §6 below still applies to it.

Big Rocks only, biggest first. When something new looks appealing, the test is whether it displaces the current Big Rock — not whether it has merit. Seven items are parked above; every one was parked because it was genuinely good. (Eight until 2026-09-22, when the CEO unparked the non-debt Can’t Lose supplement.)

Focus + Worth It, at every stage, for the advisor first and the client second. A process advisors admire and never run is worth nothing. Every addition faces one question: what does this displace?

Not that the strategies are wrong. Not that the process is weak.

That it grows. Every component added moves it toward the size where an advisor reads it, agrees it is excellent, and never books the meeting. The pilot exists to find what to cut, not what to add — and if the feedback produces a longer process, something has gone wrong in how the question was asked.
