Full-Vault SSOT Sweep

Spun off from Herdr-setup (2026-08-04), which fixed root-<Name>.md vs <Name>/ subfolder collisions in Core/AI/ (e.g. Skills.md/Skills/). This task swept the rest of the vault for the same pattern.

What was found

Vault-wide sweep (Core/*, MBR/*, SDC/*, FSS/*, depth 8) — 2 hits:

• Core/AI/Resources.md vs Resources/ — false positive. Subfolder was empty (no folder-note content). Removed the empty dir; Resources.md untouched.
• MBR/Mktg/Viral-Growth.md vs Viral-Growth/ — true collision. Root file was a real feature-concept doc; folder was an empty dept-stub (JOB_DESCRIPTION.md only). Moved content into Viral-Growth/Notes/Viral-Growth-Concept.md. No wikilinks pointed at either path — nothing else to update. Committed KB 0a611ae.

Decision

Talbot: fold the check into the recurring audit rather than leave it one-time. Added as Step 4 of /audit-kb-os (ai-config/skills/audit-kb-os/SKILL.md) — finds the collision shape vault-wide, classifies empty-dir false positives vs true collisions, recommends the fold-into-folder fix but never applies it (human-gated, consistent with the rest of the skill). Steps renumbered 5→9, report table updated. Deployed + verified live. Committed ai-config 919deac.
