web-deploy-sdc-issue — SDC Focus tooltip fix

Bug: SDC Focus page rendered Glossary terms (e.g. Cancer50Pledge) as plain glued-together text instead of a hover tooltip, unlike mBR Focus.

Root cause: sites/sdc/src/pages/focus.astro was missing the .ft/.ft-tip tooltip CSS and initTooltips()/positionTooltip() JS present in sites/mbr/src/pages/focus.astro. The Glossary(Term) → <span class="ft">Term<span class="ft-tip">definition</span></span> injection (injectGlossaryTooltips in load-focus-content.ts) worked identically in both sites — SDC just had no CSS to hide/position the .ft-tip span, so the definition rendered inline, glued to the term.

Fix: ported the tooltip CSS block + JS verbatim from mbr/focus.astro into sdc/focus.astro. Verified via local build (dist/focus.html markup grep-confirmed) and visually via a Playwright screenshot (hover on “Cancer50Pledge” shows the correct green tooltip bubble). Talbot confirmed live on deploy.

Lesson promoted: Playwright MCP requires real Chrome (channel: 'chrome', needs sudo/apt); a project’s own npm playwright dep (e.g. monorepo, bundled chromium, no sudo) run from inside that dir is the sudo-free CLI path — added to ai-config/AGENTS.md § CLI vs MCP.
